The landscaping was so overgrown you could barely see the sidewalk. There was no handrail to get up the front steps and they were tall. The bed linens were terrible. Therese no mattress pads on any of the beds and the sheets kept slipping off. The pillows were awful. I didn’t expect perfection but the mattresses were horrible.

Pros: Good communication from property managers. Great location near Lake Michigan. TV in each room. Lovely backyard with a table/chairs. Cons: Very expensive. Low quality beds - bouncy but hard inner springs which could be helped with a mattress cover. Kitchen missing basic things included in most VRBOs like salt, oil, cutting board, etc. Dead batteries in 2 out of 3 TV remotes. One of the coffee cups is very cheaply cast and led to a cut finger. Outside table and chairs required fairly intensive cleaning before use.
